Welcome to H20 Pressure Washing. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking or using our services.
1. Who We Are
H20 Pressure Washing provides exterior cleaning services, including gutter, fascia, soffit, driveway, patio, and tarmac cleaning.

2. Booking & Payment
Bookings can be made by phone, text, or email.
A date and time will be confirmed once availability has been checked.
Payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed.
We accept cash or bank transfer (details provided upon booking).
If a deposit is required, it must be paid before work begins to secure your booking.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your booking by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
If we need to cancel or reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new date.
4. Access & Water Supply
Please ensure we have clear access to the areas being cleaned and that vehicles or obstacles are moved beforehand.
The customer must provide access to a working outdoor tap or water supply unless otherwise agreed.
5. Service Limitations
We aim to provide the best possible results, but due to the condition or age of certain surfaces, complete stain or mark removal cannot be guaranteed.
We will not be held responsible for pre-existing damage, loose pointing, flaking paint, or weak surfaces that may be affected during cleaning.
Customers should inform us of any known defects or areas of concern before work begins.
6. Weather Conditions
As our services are performed outdoors, poor weather (such as heavy rain, storms, or freezing conditions) may cause delays. We will always contact you to rearrange in such cases.
7. Liability
We take great care when carrying out work. However, H20 Pressure Washing will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We are not responsible for any damage caused by faulty equipment or fixtures (e.g. damaged gutters or pipes) that were already in poor condition.
8. Customer Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of completion so we can address your concerns.
9. Privacy
We handle all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy
. Your details are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by UK law, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
